A 53 year-old Zambian national, Eustace Munolila, who pled guilty to the murder of his girlfriend at Nsheshe village, Sangwali area in February 2022 by hacking her with an axe on the face and chest, was on 29 August 2023 sentenced to prison for 16 years. The Judge President, Petrus Damaseb presided over the matter as part of the High Court Circuit Sittings in Kavango East and Zambezi Regions.
