LABOUR LAW – VALIDITY OF ARBITRATION AWARD DELIVERED OUTSIDE THE PERIOD OF 30 DAYS
The appellant complained in its heads of argument that the arbitration award was delivered out of time by the arbitrator contrary to section 86(18) of the Labour Act, 11 of 2007. The appellant appeared to say that the delay in the delivery of the award impacted on the compensation awarded to the respondent.
